Art Ginsburg— will appear on QVC at noon ET Sunday to sell his new cookbook “Mr. Food TV Favorites.” Ginsburg will demonstrate some of the most popular dishes from his 30-year TV food career, including Sweet-and-Sour Meatballs, Mexican Tortilla Soup and Garlic Lover’s Chicken.
