Bedding Sheets Inventor Gets Second Shot at QVC Premiere

David Haggerty, who invented cotton/fleece bedsheets sewn down the middle to accommodate couples with different sleeping temperature preferences, will get a second shot at a QVC premiere, Oct. 30, during the 5 p.m. ET hour.  A scheduled QVC premiere last year had to be nixed due to unfortunate circumstances on both ends of the product’s wholesale shipping route.  Storms in the East China Sea (where the Split the Sheets products are sourced) and a random selection by U.S. Customs for a container search in Los Angeles conspired to cost Mr. Haggerty his six minutes on QVC last year.  Hopefully, he’ll run into better luck this time around.  The News Tribune (Tacoma, WA) Oct. 19, 2008
