Quick-and-easy-cooking guru Mr. Food—a.k.a. Art Ginsburg— will appear on QVC at noon ET Sunday to sell his new cookbook “Mr. Food TV Favorites.” Ginsburg will demonstrate some of the most popular dishes from his 30-year TV food career, including Sweet-and-Sour Meatballs, Mexican Tortilla Soup and Garlic Lover’s Chicken. Anne Byrn, a.k.a. The Cake Mix Doctor and has a new cookbook out called The Cake Mix Doctor Returns, and she’s making appearances on QVC, in addition to heading out on a publicity tour. Byrn will appear at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at The Big Read, an annual book festival in Clayton, MO, to speak and sign copies of the book.
